How Does Electronic Leak Detection Work?

Where the waterproofing membrane is intact, the current remains evenly distributed. Where there is a breach, the current is drawn to that point, allowing the exact location of the defect to be identified.
Using specialist equipment, we systematically test the roof surface and trace the electrical flow to pinpoint even the smallest imperfections within the waterproofing system.
All identified defects are confirmed and marked on site, ensuring complete accuracy before any remedial works are carried out.
